Visiting hour doesn't start until 2, so I thought I'd use this time to write down my account of what happened at Nocturne Alley.
I'm still trying to sort out the facts, as it is. I'm not sure what the Bewitched Boys did in Nocturne Alley. I think they are a little confused as well since I didn't really inform them of my intentions.
Tristan, Mordred, Avery and Adrik, I hope this helps dispel any confusion that you've had regarding some of the events of yesterday which were not of your doing. I also really hope that you will clarify certain matters of which I, and maybe your other bandmates as well, am not sure of the details.
Daddy and I had no luck persuading the Ministry to persuade us to help Gwydion. We went home and he didn't want me going anywhere near Diagon Alley and it's shadier counterparts again.
I managed to find the instructions regarding how to disable the home security spells, and I snuck out at about 5 in the morning yesterday.
I apparated to the Ministry of Magic's offices and waited in the lobby for people to start coming in to work. I tried approaching several staff members who I knew were in the Magical Law Enforcement to no avail.
Finally, at, oh, I think half past 8, I saw Molly Weasley. I remembered that Arthur Weasley works for the Ministry, so I went up to her and introduced myself. She wasn't particularly nice to me at first, to be perfectly honest; but she noticed I was really rather distressed and listened as I related what happened.
Then she put her arm around me and handed me a tissue, because by then I'd made a mess of myself crying, and led me up to the Auror offices. She called a young-ish woman named Tonks out and told her everything. By lunchtime Tonks had assembled a group of people to rescue Gwydion; including, if you will believe it, Alastor Moody! Not the imposter but the real Mad-Eye!
They wanted me to stay at the Ministry but I insisted on going. So we headed over to Nocturne Alley. We were about to split up and look for Gwydion when we saw Mordred and Tristan and Adrik rounding a corner and running towards us, their wands out, with Gwydion lying in a conjured stretcher between them.
Mad-Eye, sorry, Alastor Moody, and a few others ran ahead past them. I think there was a bit of a scuffle, but they returned soon after with Getrude, that horrible creature, magically bound and gagged.
I'm not sure where Avery was and I'm not sure how they managed to rescue Gwydion. But Mordred didn't have a shirt on and the Boys had a few nicks and scratches between them. Last I saw, Mordred was talking to Tonks as Mrs. Weasley and I magicked Gwydion to St. Mungo's. Mrs. Weasley told me that I shouldn't make mention of this to anyone. This wasn't an official Ministry-approved mission, and Tonks could get in trouble.
The rest of the Boys are here in the hospital somewhere. I'm not sure which ward. But I really hope they're all right.
But it is 2.05 now and
Oh, oh no. Here comes Daddy. I think I might be in trouble.
